Tips in Choosing Your Wedding Date
January 20, 2010 | Author: Leslie, Choosing Your Wedding Date, Where to Start
Getting married is truly one of the best moments for any bride to be, but choosing when exactly to tie the knot can be a bit tricky. You need to choose a date that works for both you and your groom, your guests, your wedding venue, and of course your budget. Here are some tips to help you in choosing your wedding date:
- Choose a wedding date or month that is far from any weddings you will be attending. This is so that you can attend and help in your friend’s wedding, and they can do the same for you.
- Think about the season you want to get married in. Most venues are cheaper during off peak seasons like winter, and this helps you to save a lot for your wedding. The setback in having your wedding during off peak season is that you won’t be able to have an outdoor one, like a beach or garden wedding.
- If possible, go for a cool wedding date like 10/10/10 but of course, weddings on that date will definitely be more expensive. Just weigh the pros and cons of the date you choose.
